GOD IS GOOD My car was total lossed due to a car accident. I was given one week to turn in the rental after my insurance company made the decision. The race began with what seemed like endless web seaches and running from dealership to dealership. However, after a lot of searching I decided to purchase a base Encore from another Buick dealership. The salesmen stated I needed to bring in proof of the insurance pay off to the bank before moving forward with a purchase. IF YOU ARE SLOW YOU BLOW. Not quite happy with the decision to purchase the base line vehicle I went home and got online again. This time visiting the Vestal site. Another Buick Encore interested me and reviewed the specs. It had the Convenience Package and was just a little more than the base car at the other dealership. Plus the color caught my eye. I rushed to Vestal Buick from Greensboro to check it out. I was greeted by Craig, a handsome young man with a nice smile while the other salesmen stood back. Perhaps, there was a look of desparation on my face or that of someone who was not going to buy a car nor had any money. I don't think that mattered to Craig. The first thing I asked him before seeing the vehicle was what is wrong with it and why it hasn't it sold? I informed Craig I had some credit challenges and that a sale may not be easy. That didn't seem to phase him one bit. He assured me that he and Vestal would do all that they could to get me in a vehicle. The Buick Encore was the only car I looked at on the lot and test drove that day. Vestal staff didn't ask for verification or proof of a payoff. They went right to work in order to put me in my ride. When told I was approved I began to cry. Poor Craig didn't know what to think. I told him that God is good and he agreed. I felt a burden had been lifted. Needless to say I was able to purchase the vehicle with a decent interest rate (NOT DOUBLE DIGITS AS OTHERS PREVIOUSLY SPECULATED) and at an afforable.price. LOVING MY CAR. We appreciated the fact they were respectful of what we wanted and didn't try to give us a hard sell. We had left a previous dealership because of that very experience.
