My salesman was knowable and responsive to our every need. The financial person was on our side for the whole process and got us the lowest rate possible . She also recommend the gap coverage for our protection on our purchase which I wouldn't have thought of on our own. I would recommend this dealership to all they really govthe extra mile for you. Great experience We had a great experience purchasing our vehicle from Vestal. I went up earlier in the week to look at a vehicle and Ira came out to assist us. I let We had a great experience purchasing our vehicle from Vestal. I went up earlier in the week to look at a vehicle and Ira came out to assist us. I let us know we were just swinging by on lunch and would be leaving in just a couple of minutes. I returned Saturday morning to show my wife the vehicle and have her drive it around. We didn't have any pressure from Ira to buy right there, as she wanted to consider a few other vehicles. We left for a quick breakfast and talked over a few things. We returned afterward and decided to move on the vehicle. During the process, Ira introduced us to others should we return and need help and he wasn't available which was nice, because when we returned he was helping another customer. He got us engaged with Nikki so we could look at service contracts and GAP insurance and she also addressed all of our concerns. Overall this was the best car buying experience I have had among the 5 I have purchased. I intend to return here in the future when considering another new vehicle purchase. More
