We were out for a drive on a mission to find a vehicle. We came upon Longwood Lincoln and decided to go in and check out the dealership. She asked us what we were interested in and we told her and she instantly started looking for us, she was great. She found us a used Ford Explorer Sport Trac. We sat down worked out a deal to our liking no hassles signed the papers and drove home in our new Ford. I will recommend this dealership to everyone that ask me. I bought my car at this dealership and received 9 years of excellent friendly service. I recommended this dealership to friends. No more. The reason: I took my car in to have my AC serviced on June 5, 2004 of excellent friendly service. I recommended this dealership to friends. No more. The reason: I took my car in to have my AC serviced on June 5, 2004. The year before they tried twice to fix the same problem. But I was told I was now leaking refrigerant by Buck and my '93 had to be converted to the newer standard and the total cost would be $1,500. It was not covered by the lifetime guarantee they tout so much. Skeptical, I took my car to another repair shop. They converted the car to the new refrigerant for $56 and said they found NO leak. They said if there were a leak they would fix for free and stand behind their work. Hmmm! Pay $56 or $1,500? Can you spell R-I-P-O-F-F! More
