The service advisor was excellent and deserves 5 stars. The question was about the dealership however. They deserve only 3 which is why I settled for 4. At my previous visit, their idiot “mechanic” rotated one direction tires putting two on backwards. We will see how they wear now after a few thousand miles going the wrong way! I was pleased by the response of the service advisor who knew better than try to defend this incompetence. He did make a futile attempt to upsell me wipers at a ridiculous price, but wisely backed down. Too bad Lincoln lacks the quality and confidence the brand once inspired. More
