As far as taking care of my vehicles with preventive and corrective maintenance they are top notch. I am very confident that I am getting the best service and care, know costs up front, and what's coming up next for my vehicles. I had an almost 2 year old issue NOT handled by the Lincoln dealer, when I lived in S. Florida, and Dominic, my Service Advisor, noticed it and remedied the situation. That's going above and beyond, because he didn't have to go that extra mile to see if Lincoln HQ would honor it, but he did and I am so grateful. Traffic sucks in this area, but I truly don't mind getting a service and waiting. I have great conversations with the other people waiting for their vehicles. Even the gentleman, Justin, I believe that drove me home, was great. Showed me alternate routes when giving me a ride home. I have NEVER had a bad experience at Parks Lincoln. The dealership was awesome. We were from out of state and ended up having an issue with the tire pressure and we were taken in immediately and in an hour the problem resolved.
