The van was missing an important safety feature, the tire change tools. Others would say, "that is your problem", not the folks at Parkway. They find a tool kit. But I wanted to check out the Jeep Wranglers to see if they would be a good fit for me which required a test drive. Joel was great! He wasn't pushy, demanding or rude. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. After trying out 2 different models I decided it was a good fit but I wanted some extended time with one to make sure, which Parkway was extremely accommodating and made it work with my crazy schedule. As if that were not enough they really stepped up to make sure I was happy with my purchase in every way. And that's what impressed me most because I am pretty picky!
