I was debating buying a Civic Hybrid, but wanted to take a test drive to make sure it truly was what I wanted. From the first online contact with the Internet Manager April to a quick follow-up with the Sal a test drive to make sure it truly was what I wanted. From the first online contact with the Internet Manager April to a quick follow-up with the Sales Manager who called me to give his contact info and info for Derrell Cole who would assist me, all went smoothly. The test drive confirmed the car was one I wanted to buy. The price negotiations for the new car and trade went smoothly and professionally with Derrell (no bringing in the Sales boss to pressure me or any of the crap I found at other Honda dealers locally .... cough Herb and Ernie ...cough). Given I wanted a trim not on the lot, Derrell worked to quickly locate a vehicle meeting my needs and negotiating the dealer trade (Black Book online had given a fair range to set a value and the used car manager concurred with the car's condition) to get it on its way to Prime for me. All went well until a blizzard buried the car at the other dealer and getting it out of the storage lot became an issue. Derrell persisted and the car arrived for delivery. The delivery went well except for my insurance company failing to fax the stamped registration back for RMV needs. Derrell got the sticker people to stay late and with 5 minutes to spare before the RMV computers shut down, my car was ready for me to drive off in. All in all this was a great car buying experience and Derrell especially, and all the other people that supported him at Prime made it that way. More

My experience with (Prime) sales consultant Steven Lander was very positive. He was extremely knowlegable about the make of the car I was interested in and treated me with the utmost respect. I walked into this dealership not intending to purchase a vehicle at least not as quickly. When I entered I was immediately approached by a very attentive sales person who listened to my needs and guided me vehicle at least not as quickly. Unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for on the lot but my Salesperson, Paul Wisdom, was able to get me a fair deal on a nicer model. Within days I was driving off the lot in my new car. It will be a year in February since I purchased and I still receive phone calls from Paul checking in on my experience with the vehicle and reminding me of upcoming maintenance. I would definitely recommend Prime Honda and most of all my cool, calm, and collected sales person. More

I went to Prime because I was told I would experience respectable sales service. I did receive that. My wife and I needed a car since we have 3 drivers and had only 2 cars. We knew we wanted a late model Honda Accord with low mileage and had been searching for a couple of weeks. We worked with Steve Lander who impressed with his pleasant demeanor and willingness to listen to what we wanted. Fortunately they had a car on the lot that fit the bill. Although we are one state over Steve made the trip to Rhode Island to register and deliver the car, which I felt was above and beyond the call of duty since that meant Steve would lose over half a day providing this service. The business manager, Sam, was also gracious and helpful. We were treated courteously and without that sense of pressure that so often accompanies the car buying experience. I would recommend Steve and Prime Honda without reservation. More

When I first went into honda Prime I was didnt want to make the decision in buying a car right at that time. Steve Lander my sales rep was kind at first I thought it was just your typical sales rep crap. make the decision in buying a car right at that time. However although I am satisfy with the price that I was given I would have preferred a little less, but overall my experience was excellent.Steve Lander is an excellent employee and definately an asset to PRIME.
