I was lucky to first work with Joe Ulandy when I was just 'browsing' for a new CRV. He very patiently showed me a few cars and I test drove two. I went back a day or two later, working with Wes (I forgot his 'browsing' for a new CRV. He very patiently showed me a few cars and I test drove two. I went back a day or two later, working with Wes (I forgot his last name) who was also very helpful in helping me make a final decision. I originally went in looking for a CRV and ended up buying a Touring Pilot. I am very happy with the Pilot and the sales department at Prime. My first appointment in the service department was not as positive. I had an appointment to have a bike rack installed and to pick up my registration. Through a long series of holds and transfers on the phone, I could not be found in the system and my appointment was not found on the schedule. I was really upset about this but headed in anyway because I had no sticker for my car. David Slayter heard about the situation and my frustration. When I arrived, he immediately took action to make sure that I was taken care of and assured me that future visits would be much smoother. He also notified Joe Ulandy who has been very helpful in setting up my follow up visit to install the bike accessory into my new car. I plan to bring my car in for future visits and look forward to buying cars in the future from Prime Honda. More

Before going to Prime Honda, I had researched other dealerships online, specifically prices for a new Honda Fit Sport. Prime Honda gave me the best deal in town. My salesperson, Lillian McDaniel was extremely personable, knowledgeable, yet not pushy at all. My biggest fear in buying a new car was the pressure tactics most car salesmen use. Not so with Lillian. I felt like she was honest and wanted me to buy the car that I really wanted. She took the time to talk to me and get to know a little bit about me as a person and we got to have conversations--she didn't just talk at me. Prime Honda also worked to get me a good financing deal and they got me the exact color car that I had been dreaming of.
