Another New Car-J. Paup I had the opportunity to talk with 3 different salesmen. They all treated me with respect and took me as a serious potential buyer. (This has not al I had the opportunity to talk with 3 different salesmen. They all treated me with respect and took me as a serious potential buyer. (This has not always been my experience at other dealerships.) I was able to start and finish my purchase transaction with the same salesperson and this was important to me. Others were always willing to help out by answering questions if my salesman was with another customer when I stopped in unannounced. My sales rep listened to me go over what I was looking for in a new vehicle and only after I has finished, offered a couple of options that he thought would best fit my needs and price point. (I think that is very important and again not always the case at other dealerships.) More

Coach Rocked! I have been leasing cars for 20 years and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. I spoke to Craig and told him what my budget was as we I have been leasing cars for 20 years and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. I spoke to Craig and told him what my budget was as well as what I was and wasn't looking for and he took it from there. Great experience all the way around. Beware of Parkway Hyundai Terrible experience, start to finish. This is the 4th vehicle we have gotten from this dealership and you would think loyalty meant something to them Terrible experience, start to finish. This is the 4th vehicle we have gotten from this dealership and you would think loyalty meant something to them but not true! Many promises were made to us and all were broken. We will never return to this dealership for sales or service. How sad. What a letdown. More
