The sales consultant (Diana Kenny) was very attentive, patient, really listened to me, and helped me find the car that I wanted; I could not be more complimentary of Diana. The closing was well handled, and the overall time I spent at the dealership was reasonable. There were a couple minor problems with the car that I did not notice immediately at delivery that the dealer had not discovered and addressed, but the dealer did promptly attend to those matters and all were resolved within a couple days. This was, overall, a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend Parkway Hyundai to potential buyers. More
