This is the 3rd time I've contacted Felix Rodriguez to purchase a car. Felix always has a smile in his face. He explains all details about the car. It is nice to see that he follows you to the car and help you move the staff that was in the old car to the new one. He also seats with you in the car and shows how the car operates. That is very important because it gives you confidence about the new purchase. In other words, when you get out the parking lot you really feel you did the right thing. Felix not only does that for you at the time of the sale but follow up with phone calls to see how I feel and how the car is operating. You have one of the best dealer at the dealership. I had been researching hybrids for about 6 months because my old Saturn VUE was getting toward the end of its run. I hadn't made a purchase since I bought the VUE new in 2004, so going to a dealer was not so my old Saturn VUE was getting toward the end of its run. I hadn't made a purchase since I bought the VUE new in 2004, so going to a dealer was not something I was looking forward to. I decided to stop in and run the numbers to see exactly where I stood in regards to buying new vs. used. The Prius' depreciation value, even on older models was not far below the new models, so I decided to check out the new ones. Eddie B. and I crunched some numbers and tried to get as close to my preferred monthly payment as possible, and we came to a satisfactory number. A few of the things that stood out for me regarding Eddie: - He never actually tried to sell me a car. He asked me what I was looking for and showed me a car that was appropriate. He gave me the information I needed to make my own decision. No up-selling, fast talk or that other junk. - If he didn't know the answer to a question, he didn't try and make something up. Instead, he told me he didn't know, and either asked someone who did or told me he would e-mail me that info. - He voluntarily hung out with my son (toddler) while I went through the signing process. He was very good to him too. - He was personable, which I like better than a salesman. So I decided to buy, and Leslie was a great help. She did a lot of number work to get me the monthly payment I was comfortable with, and was very friendly, as was Mack (I think he's the sales manager). At no time was I nervous that I was getting pressured into buying my Prius. So now I'm a Prius-owning Brookline snob. Thanks, Eddie :p More

This time I was nervous that this experience would be as pressured as the first time, This was my second purchase from Prime Toyota in 3 years. This time I was nervous that this experience would be as pressured as the first time, but I was wrong! As most women feel as they walk into a dealership, alone, that they are going to be taken advantage of, talked down to,etc. I was pleased to find Prime open and friendly. Randy Davies was awesome, honest and made me comfortable from the start. He listened to my needs, explained things in everday terms and I felt went beyond to make this experience so satisfying. He made himself available through his business phone and cell at all times for any questions, I may have had. He worked with me, not against me. I think Prime should be very pleased to have such an energetic and eager employee! I would recommend Prime Toyota of Boston to anyone looking for a new or used car and ask for a wonderful, young and promising salesperson, such as Randy to help make their car buying experience as "painless" as can be. My husband and I just went on a shopping excursion and stopped at Prime Toyota in West Roxbury, which was recommended to us by another person. We (I especially) had no intention of buying a vehicle that stopped at Prime Toyota in West Roxbury, which was recommended to us by another person. We (I especially) had no intention of buying a vehicle that day but were determined to shop around to get the best vevhicle, value, deal, etc. We were very fortunate to have Al Abramson for a salesman and I truly believe that's what made us make a purchase that day. He was very easy-going and charming and particularly well-informed, making us feel very comfortable and trusting in this endeavor. He worked with us in every facet of the decision. I do not consider myself an easy sell but he was up for the challenge. If we had not encountered Al that day we would be shopping til the cows come home (just to add a little humor). I believe in comparison-shopping and doing our homework but his expertise, honesty and well-informed professional personality made up our minds. After a lengthy search for my new car, I was fortunate enough to be contacted by Joseph Vartanian. We were able to negotiate a fair price via email before ever needing to come into the dealership. I've dealt with numerous dealers that say the had what I wanted in stock, just to lure me down there and tried to sell me something I did not want. At Prime Toyota with Paul Pena, he was able to find a car in their inventory that had all my desired options, negotiate a fair price, and they also walked me through the whole purchasing process. As a first-time car buyer I had many questions before and after the purchase was made; all these questions were addressed and answered clearly and thoroughly. I had a great experience dealing with Paul Pena and Prime Toyota, and I would definitely come back here for my next vehicle and also recommend them to any one I know. More
We visited Prime Toyota/Honda to find a used Odyssey or Sienna. We had a very charming salesman named Al Abramson. He was friendly, funny, educational and informative.
