I came to Prime looking for an affordable used car to replace my very old but very reliable Toyota Avalon, which had been totaled a few weeks earlier. I bought my Avalon from a very small used car dealership in West Roxbury and had not-so-great experiences at a few larger MA dealerships in Boston & Worcester while looking for my next car, so I have to admit I was sort of expecting the same from Prime when I first got there. I was proven completely wrong almost immediately. Randy was incredibly helpful and very friendly, and I felt like he understood exactly what I was looking for. Even though I wasn't able to commit to something when I first went in, he kept in touch and let me know about other cars in their inventory that I might be interested in. Two days after I first went in, I walked out smiling after signing the paperwork & putting in a down payment for a great preowned car that will live up to my previous car and that I know I can afford. I'm hoping I won't be looking again for a while, but when the time comes that I find myself in need of another car, I will definitely be going back to Prime. More
