If someone does not know something, he admits it and immediately will go find out the answer from someone who does know -- this means a lot. Specifically, Shawn was wonderful during my entire sales experience. He basically gave up an entire day to walk me through finding the "right" car, having me go through every detail, test drive, etc. through getting me to Mac, who explained all the finances in a clear, concise manner. Happy with my new vehicle and grateful for the teamwork at Prime, which takes customer service seriously and it shows! More
The saleswoman, Jennifer, was EXTREMELY helpful & friendly. She answered all my questions, advised me of things I wouldn't have thought to ask about (and very glad she did), and went above & beyond friendly. She responded to me on her day off which was a huge help to me since i had to buy a new car quickly but was looking at a few Toyota dealers. If I know of anyone needing to buy a car, I will DEFINITELY tell them to call Jennifer and no one else. Ralph in finance was also very helpful & friendly. I wasn't going to purchase an extra warranty but he really showed me why it was necessary and I am sooo glad that I did buy it. I am extremely happy that I went with your dealer over the others I looked at. It is a little bit of a ride for me, longer than the others, but certainly worth every extra mile. More
Overall experience was great. We first went to Prime Toyota to lease our 2008 Rav4 because of Felix Rodriguez's excellent reputation, and now returned to Prime near the end of our 3-year lease pursuant to the special invitation we r because of Felix Rodriguez's excellent reputation, and now returned to Prime near the end of our 3-year lease pursuant to the special invitation we received in the mail from Prime, but only wanted to deal exclusively with Felix Rodriguez for the new lease of our 2011 Rav4. He was again a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. His friendly demeanor, professional personna, and thorough knowledge of the Toyota vehicles and services were of great value throughout the entire transaction. We have recommended several friends to Felix over the past few years and will never hesitate to do so whenever the opportunity arises again. More
I am perplexed by the good reviews but can only tell you that I cannot say the same. Many errors in my transaction and I have little confidence that they are very capable. I would not recommend them as they add so much stress to the buying process and are very slow with long wait times for no good reasons. If you do decide to go with them and you start to suffer mistakes and endless waits (many hours), remember this review. In other words, you were warned. More

My wife purchased a car there (I'm sure she'll add something more descriptive later). Agreed to price rather quickly, only area where the txn was satisfactory, on a Thurs night. Car had to be located, came in on Sat to test drive and sign paperwork. Figured this would take 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. Took us 3 1/2 hrs. "computers were down" was the main cuprit, or so we were told. When we left, was agreed by the last person we talked to, Mac (Finance), that the car would be picked up some time before close on Monday night, which is 9PM. Monday around 545 got call from Jean (Sales) saying "where are you", txn had to be done by 6:30 or couldn't be done that day. Thanks for telling us (and my wife and I heard every conversation the same way). So, my wife needed to come back Tuesday AM. Agreed it would be at 9AM and she would be out of there in less than an hour. She was there until 2:30 PM! Remote starter, which we paid to have them install, was omitted, someone forgot to have it installed. My wife as promised person could start it by 11 AM, and it would take an hour to do. My wife agreed to wait. She got call while in a nearby store around 12,12:15 that the installer had just arrived (aws late for some reason) and was just starting the job. We found out later he came in around 11:30, so more time was wasted. Plus, we told them, NO PRIME STICKER OR PLATE HOLDER (no offense to anyone, we just don't like them). Jean said "you got it!". The car had both on it. So, at this point, we have spent nearly 10 hours at this dealership after agreeing to the purchase. How more unacceptable can you get than that! This may also seem after the narrative above to be a minor point, but anyone considering buying there should also beware of their Lifetime Powertrain Warranty. It is a dealer warranty, not a Toyota warranty; and in order to stay eligible for it you need to get your tire rotations and oil changes exclusively from Prime. They don't tell you that until quite a bit later. More
