I would like to say thank you to the guys at Prime Toyota in West Roxbury. We bought a new Tundra yesterday and could not be happier with the way were treated! I worked with Felix on getting a new lease because they wanted to buy back cars at this time. He was very pleasant and enjoyable to work with. He explained everything with great detail. He took me out for wanted to buy back cars at this time. He was very pleasant and enjoyable to work with. He explained everything with great detail. He took me out for a test drive and answered any questions I had about turning in my old car for the new car. After the deal was drafted up, he worked with me on getting everything transferred over and signing all the required documents. I would recommend Felix and would also do business with him again. I really enjoyed working with Douglas. He was friendly, professional, and attentive to what I was looking for in a car. When the financial officer bungled my loan paperwork and almost cost me a late fee f professional, and attentive to what I was looking for in a car. AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT: Sometimes I felt like it was hard AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT: Sometimes I felt like it was hard to get a hold of some of the people I had been working with. I think this dealership does a AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT: Sometimes I felt like it was hard to get a hold of some of the people I had been working with. I think this dealership does a lot of business, and they need to be able to find a better way to make customers feel a more personalized service. For example, the day I went to pick up my car, the finance manager wasn't there. I had to call him twice and email him once before I finally got him to answer some questions, and when he finally did, I felt rushed because he was with other customers. I also had to wait in the dealership waiting room for 20 minutes past our scheduled appointment time because he was busy. The day I was scheduled to pick up my car, my auto insurance company called me to say that the dealership had not sent the paperwork to transfer insurance, even though I had been told by someone at the dealership that the car was ready to be picked up. I had to call my contact person at Prime several times, and while I did get calls back, they were usually after 3-4 hours. THINGS I LIKED: Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, and unlike at other dealerships, I didn't feel like I was getting cheated out of something during the price negotiation process. The finance manager also went above and beyond to accommodate us and my husband's busy work schedule. I didn't feel pressured into buying something I didn't need or want. Rather than try to sell us something in their lot, they went to their sister dealership for stock availability just to get us the color car we wanted. The finance manager was also very forthcoming about the true value of some of the extended warranty programs, and he made sure I didn't pay for something I didn't need. More
I sent an internet request for a price. Before I had even looked at my e-mails I recieved a call from Chan at Prime asking about the price. I opened the e-mail while talking with Chan the price was good and I told him I would be in the following afternoon. When I arrived Chan was not available but Emile was. I sat down with Emile told him what I was looking for. Gave him the keys to my trade in (for pricing). We haggled over the trade in price and I bought a new Car. Saw the Finance Director Mack MacRae (usually the most tressful part of car buying). The experiance was less tressful than any car buying I have ever had. While Mack and Emile did go over everthing with me they never pressured me to buy something I did not want. I picked up the car two days later and have been very satisfied with the Car and the dealership. More
