I am very pleased with the service I received during my recent visit to Prime. I had a 2006 Toyota 4Runner and was looking to trade it in for something which had more leg room and overall interior space du recent visit to Prime. I met with Jose and from the beginning I was shown a genuine interest in my concerns and satisfaction. I was asked what I had in mind, the options I wanted (and those I didn't) and the price range which I was looking for. Initially I was going to trade the 4Runner in for a newer model, and I was shown a 2011 4Runner. He mentioned the Highlander to me, which initially I was not interested in, but decided to view anyway. The vehicle had everything and more than what I was looking for! I was shocked at the amount of interior space, and when I saw this I turned to Jose and told him I thought he was lying to me. I instantly fell in love with the Highlander! To make a long story short, I did end up purchasing the Highlander and drove off the lot with the new vehicle a few days later. Every employee in the dealer was friendly and not one person walked by me without saying hello with a smile. Mr Freitas had a smile on his face the whole and did show extreme working knowledge of the products which he had shown me. He also worked to get me a monthly payment with which I comfortable with. I did ask many questions and sometimes repetitive one's, and at no point did he seem as though he was annoyed with the questions. Prime Scion/Toyota was truly helpful to me and my business. I had been a victim of Identity Theft and was still working on getting it fully repaired. Prime Scion/Toyota in West Roxbury saw us as something more than just a credit score number and got us approved. I was actually surprised that not only did they approve us, but they were also able to have us in a credit tier that wasn't the most expensive as I expected! When I asked "Why?", their response was that this was what they thought was right given the situation. Wow, an easy chance to charge more, and they didn't take it! This kind of attention and helpfulness is rarely encountered in Car Dealerships, and truly shows that Prime Scion/Toyota is there for their customers. Many Big Businesses claim they are customer-centric, but Prime Scion/Toyota has proven that to us, and we will always go to Prime for our personal and business vehicle needs. Prime Toyota in West Roxbury has the best service I have ever experienced when buying a car. I had been to two dealerships prior to coming to Prime Toyota in West Roxbury and when I walked into Prime I knew that I was in the right place to buy a car. There weren't any customers waiting to speak with a sales person and they greeted me instantly, but not in an overwhelming manner either. Jose Frei and Sam Sorm sat down with my father and I and asked me directly what I was looking for in a car and what was my price range. They didn't push into trying a car that I wasn't intersted in and they didn't find me a car that was over my price range either. I looked at three different cars and they both gave me their honest opinions without again trying to persuade me to buy a car that I didn't want. I really appreciated their patience and willing to allow me to look around and get a feel for each of the cars. In the end I picked a Honda Fit and I couldn't be happier about my purchase! It is the right car for me and I thank Prime Toyota and its 5 star customer service and appreciation for their assistance and knowledge of cars/knowing how to please a customer. I would recommend anyone to go to this dealership and down the road when I have to buy another car I wouldn't think twice about where to go.
