My husband and I recently purchased a 2011 Toyota Sienna from Prime Toyota. We could not be happier with all aspects of the purchase! Within 10 minutes, we had a call from them offering to honor the price Boch had quoted us! They needed to see my trade-in in order to ensure the same offer here. Upon meeting with them (after THEY held the offer for 24 hours), they met the price on the trade and the deal was done! They could not have been kinder to us; from the internet sales manager, used car manager, our saleperson Lillian McDaniel, to the management and finance staff. We will be in the market for a new Prius in the next year or so and we will absolutely return to Prime for the same outstanding service.
