At Prime Scion, no haggle "pure' pricing is a myth. You pay list price for the Scion. Then Prime tacks on another $395 profit over and above list price and calls it Document and Administration fees. Secondly, the dealership is not well organized internally. Sales documents had to be redone because they contained the VIN number of the test car, and the not the car which was ultimately purchased. Also, appointments were not kept. Our salesperson told us that he would have the documents needed for state inspection for us on a Tuesday and would call us. We waited most of the day and found that he had taken Tuesday off. Also, we were informed after the fact that getting the car inspected would have been much easier if we had purchased on a weekday instead of a Saturday. But no one told us that upfront. Finally, on the day of our purchase, we were made to wait for more than an hour in the showroom to see the Finance Manager. This is no way to treat a customer who is about to spend thousands of dollars with you. If we had not given a deposit a week earlier, we would have walked out and gone to another dealer. The appointment with the Finance Manager as it turned out consisted of signing documents for a minute or two and then listening to a long (but low pressure) sales pitch for various warranty extension programs. We were in no mood for that. The people at Prime Toyota, for the most part, are friendly and personable. We were particularly impressed with the female service writer who had the car looked over for us because we had questions about the exhaust tone and brake feel. We have the feeling we'll be much happier dealing with the service side than with the sales side. We shall see. More

His demeanor and expertise convinced us that we would be buying a serviceable, economical, and attractive vehicle. The car was surprisingly comfortable. The shape of the body would make snow removal easier. The high tail lights would make backing up at night easier than our previous car. I liked the setup of the multi-information and instrument panels with its safety features. Use of the ipod was new. The miles per gallon on the highway and in the city was the added incentive to buy. It was my interaction with him that allowed me to choose Prime Toyota in the first place. But once at the dealership, I was presented with Jose Freitas as my salesperson. Jose was extremely friendly and attentive. I felt like I was buying my vehicle from someone who was truely interested in giving me what I wanted, and not simply what he had to sell. Because Jose listened to my vehicle history, he knew I was looking to get back into a vehicle I had owned in the past. Armed with that knowledge, he didn't inundate me with features I already knew, but instead focused on the features that had been added since I had owned one last. He was committed to giving me what I wanted. It's always nice to deal with someone so pleasant and with such impeccable manners too. Jose made my car buying experience a pleasure. I would not hesitate to refer a Toyota shopper to him and I look forward to doing business with him in the future. Finally, the financing experience was the best I've ever been through thanks to Tim Viega. More
Excellent experience. Felix Rodriguez was very pleasent to deal with. He explained all the features in a way that was easily understandable. He even helped to set up the hands free telephone system. I was looking at a Nissan Altima and working with a Nissan dealership that is a client of my company. I have previously owned Nissan vehicles. I've been in sales for over twenty years and I'm a tough Nissan dealership that is a client of my company. I have previously owned Nissan vehicles. I've been in sales for over twenty years and I'm a tough customer to deal with. I was a day away from purchasing when I heard from Jose Freitas who just returned from vacation. Jose listened and acted upon my wishes as to style, features and price. Working with Tim Viega, he put together a package on a Camry that easily beat the Nissan dealers best offer. Jose and Tim made everything very easy for me to make my decision. Needless to say I'm the proud owner of my first Toyota and so far I'm extremely satified with the car, the deal, the service and most importantly the people - Jose and Tim in particular. More

From the moment we entered Prime we were greeted very politely and many people introduced themselves and made us feel welcomed. We met with Jose Freitas and told him what type of car we were looking for. He immediately pulled up a car for us to test drive and we loved it. We then sat down with him to negotiate price and not long after we had a deal. He was very easy to deal with and extremely pleasant. We would recommend him to anyone we know who is looking to buy a Toyota. Then we sat down with Tim, the business manager. We did all the paper work with him and he was also great to deal with. In fact our experience was so pleasant, we asked to speak to the manager (can't remember his name) and we told him how positive our experience was. More
I visited four different Toyota dealers in the process of buying a RAV4. I bought my car at Prime because they could deliver the model I wanted, equipped as I wanted, in the color I wanted, for the best pric buying a RAV4. I was trading in a car, so I had to visit each dealer in person, to get the trade-in valued. In three of the four dealerships (including Prime),the interactions were pleasant and business-like; they took the time required but not much more. At the fourth dealership I visited, I had gotten the best price yet, but not in the color I wanted. (Not surprisingly, each visit to a new dealer yielded a lower net price than the one I had gotten at the previous dealer.) I was waiting to see if they could "locate" a car in the color that I wanted for the price that they offered for other colors. While I was at the this fourth dealer, a sales manager from Prime called my cell to check to see where I was in the purchasing process. That call gave me the opportunity to ask if they would meet the fourth dealer's price--Prime was the only dealer that had the color I wanted in the model I wanted. The Prime sales manager Jason agreed to the price over the phone, provided I come to the dealer right away. The sales manager at the foruth dealer got upset when I told him that I was leaving (The car I wanted was silver and they had offered red, blue and black). Finalizing the deal at Prime was pretty fast. The process of going through their "finance office" continued their business-like practices. The finance manager had his list of offers to describe to me; he was intelligent, respectful and well-informed. He was also a very pleasant person and accepted my decisions without dispute. I was able to return later that day, leave my old car and pick up my new RAV4. More
