He took the time to get to know me and understand my concerns. Ourt salesperson Randy was brand new. We were his first sale. I thought the dealership did a good job on letting him handle the sale by himself, but lent him support in answering our tough questions. They also explained to us that he was new and if that bothered us, I believe they would have changed salespeople. He was supported very closely by the sales maanger. More

My husband and I recently purchased a 2011 Toyota Sienna from Prime Toyota. We could not be happier with all aspects of the purchase! We originally got a quote from Boch South for the same vehicle, but they from Prime Toyota. We could not be happier with all aspects of the purchase! We originally got a quote from Boch South for the same vehicle, but they refused to hold the deal for 24 hours and even refused a deposit. We contacted Prime through an email. Within 10 minutes, we had a call from them offering to honor the price Boch had quoted us! They needed to see my trade-in in order to ensure the same offer here. Upon meeting with them (after THEY held the offer for 24 hours), they met the price on the trade and the deal was done! They could not have been kinder to us; from the internet sales manager, used car manager, our saleperson Lillian McDaniel, to the management and finance staff. We will be in the market for a new Prius in the next year or so and we will absolutely return to Prime for the same outstanding service. They're tagline, "No Fine Print, No Gimmicks" is certainly true! More

At Prime Scion, no haggle "pure' pricing is a myth. You pay list price for the Scion. Then Prime tacks on another $395 profit over and above list price and calls it Document and Administration fees. Secondly, the dealership is not well organized internally. Sales documents had to be redone because they contained the VIN number of the test car, and the not the car which was ultimately purchased. Also, appointments were not kept. Our salesperson told us that he would have the documents needed for state inspection for us on a Tuesday and would call us. We waited most of the day and found that he had taken Tuesday off. Also, we were informed after the fact that getting the car inspected would have been much easier if we had purchased on a weekday instead of a Saturday. But no one told us that upfront. Finally, on the day of our purchase, we were made to wait for more than an hour in the showroom to see the Finance Manager. This is no way to treat a customer who is about to spend thousands of dollars with you. If we had not given a deposit a week earlier, we would have walked out and gone to another dealer. The appointment with the Finance Manager as it turned out consisted of signing documents for a minute or two and then listening to a long (but low pressure) sales pitch for various warranty extension programs. We were in no mood for that. The people at Prime Toyota, for the most part, are friendly and personable. We were particularly impressed with the female service writer who had the car looked over for us because we had questions about the exhaust tone and brake feel. We have the feeling we'll be much happier dealing with the service side than with the sales side. We shall see. More

His demeanor and expertise convinced us that we would be buying a serviceable, economical, and attractive vehicle. The car was surprisingly comfortable. The shape of the body would make snow removal easier. The high tail lights would make backing up at night easier than our previous car. I liked the setup of the multi-information and instrument panels with its safety features. Use of the ipod was new. The miles per gallon on the highway and in the city was the added incentive to buy.
