Prime Toyota is a typical car dealership. The salesmen were knowledgeable and helpful during most of the process. However, the price negotiations and haggling are like most other dealerships. They trick me into signing the paper work so i can't do anything about it. However I love my prius, that the only plus from this More

Mr Felix was extremely courteous when communicating with us! always with a genuine smile on his face. It was really a pleasant experience buying a car which is not usually the case. This is one of the most professional dealerships I have ever been to. I compared prices of the car I wanted and found it at Prime Toyota. I sent an email and got an immediate response. Sambo Sorm was my salesman and he was very nice to work with. I did not sit at a table for 2 hours while we negotiated the price. It was done quickly and professionally. A few VERY minor things were needed on the car and that was dealt with right away. Prime Toyota has a very friendly atmosphere and I was very comfortable doing business with them. More
Although my salesman and sales mgr were friendly enough (their suppose to be) I doubt I would ever set foot inside Prime again for sales or even service for that matter! If you like the "I remember" ga (their suppose to be) I doubt I would ever set foot inside Prime again for sales or even service for that matter! If you like the "I remember" game and being insulted with lowball trade offers, barely any money off of their selling vehicles etc, then Prime is your place to go to purchase a vehicle! I had to sit through my salesman telling me that he "remembered" me telling him how much I paid for my current vehicle and how he "remembered" how much I told him my payments were etc, then I had to remind him that I never gave him any of those figures, ever! Why play games? They act as though they are the only Toyota dealer in New England, and we all know they aren't! My sales guy continues on about how popular this type of vehicle is, that there selling like hotcakes, blah, blah, blah. Well, about eight (8) weeks or so later, that same exact vehicle is still on their lot, so much for selling like hotcakes huh? Anyways, I went someplace else, was offered $6,000 more for my trade and a better selling price for the same, but better equipped vehicle. I've yet to sign the P&S, but for these figures, I will do so soon. It definately pays not to be in a rush and to shop around first. More
