We had to wait a pretty long time for the minivan we were looking for. It seems Toyota was not informing the dealer about the exact arrival of the shipment which was pretty frustrating. We viewed a 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser online and called the dealership to set up a time to view the car. Andrew promptly followed up with us so that he would be ready to greet us when we visited.
