It wasn't easy to have to go the next day and purchase a new car, but we thought we would look at Prime Toyota to see if they had a car we might like. We were fortunate to meet a friendly saleperson, Emile Salem, who made us feel welcome and introduced us to the manager. Emile was able to find us the same model car we had as before in a newer color. He negotiated a very good price between us and his manager.
