She was friendly, knowledgeable and gave you the comfort level that one looks for when considering to spend a fair amount of money on a purchase. She was never pushy or invasive but got you the answers you needed. I would highly recommend her to all my friends as a sales agent and will be sure to send them all the Prime Toyota. I've been to a lot of car dealerships in my time and had many experiences some of which the salesman told me I didn't make enough money to afford "their" cars to another one that basically said they wouldn't do business with me after I asked to see payment breakdowns, so KUDOS to Charlene and Prime Toyota, you have made me enjoy buying a car again and they have gained a customer for life!!!
