Save ur time and Don’t buy here. Had a used car posted on car gurus went test drive it was solid salesmen went to get paperwork said the car was sold. Called me a month later saying a client cancelled an incoming new vehicle and told me to stop by the next day to put a deposit down. Told me to get there at 2 since that’s the start of his shift. At 1:57 as I’m pulling in the parking lot I get a text from the sales rep saying sorry cars sold. Completely unprofessional dealership. Waste of time with no regard for customer service More

After trying over 15 different dealers. I found Parkway on deal rater. Charles reached out and set up an appointment with me. All I can say is I was blown away. I received no dealer tricks I found Parkway on deal rater. Charles reached out and set up an appointment with me. All I can say is I was blown away. I received no dealer tricks as of up to $5k over MSRP,add ons that are pointless, or ghosted all together. Charles was amazing, super polite, and very knowledgeable, and most of all, he listened to what I wanted. Charles walked me through the process with no pressure. Even in the fiance office, I did not feel pressured or forced anything I didn't want. I will be a customer for life. By far the best experience I have had in any toyota dealer in all of massachusetts. More
