I've been a customer since 2014, and have purchased two new vehicles since that time. I recently needed service on my 2014 RAV4, so I called to make an appointment. I spoke with McLee who understood our new vehicles since that time. I recently needed service on my 2014 RAV4, so I called to make an appointment. I spoke with McLee who understood our time constraints, (my son was returning to college with his car two days later). He gave me a prompt appointment, guided my son through his first auto repair experience, kept me informed of progress, and I was given a fair price for the work. When we picked up the car, McLee arranged a quick check out process, shook my son's hand, and wished him well during his ride back to school. I was very happy with the service, the kindness, and will continue to give my business to Parkway Toyota! More
