Had all the fancy high end models to look at and dream about while we waited. Zero up-sell. Cellphone/text access to sales rep. Ernst tested everything before we left. Cons: Miscommunications within dealership delayed getting vehicle by 3 days. A snack bar of sorts would have been nice. More
