I came in the last moment with an engine light on my dashboard. They took me right away, kept me informed about what was happening, and explained what the outcome was. Ignorant, lazy, and disinterested. I bought a Prius Prime, a plug-in. The salesman tried to direct me to a regular Prius and then to a Corolla hybrid. So I had to deal with the sales manager, who was very helpful. The finance person made an appt. with us for 9:00 the next day. But, by ten he hadn't shown up and the finance manager finally noticed us and took over. So then they did the paperwork and insurance thing and at 5:30 or 6:00 the salesman told me I could come and get the car. But I knew I needed an hour to go over it: who knows anything about a plug-in? The salesman told me I could learn everything in the manual. Furious, I called the sales manager and told him and he said he would see me the next day at 9 and help me . Then the salesman called me at home to change our day three appt. from 9 to 10:30 because he had to "take his children to school. " I arrived at 7 a.m. and waited. At 9 the salesman showed up: he had lied. But, the sales manager had Helio, another sales person, give me a tour of the car because the first salesman knew nothing about a plug-in! So I drove off with a full tank of gas, BUT THEY DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE THE ELECTRIC BATTERY , the charger was still in its bubble wrap. FINALLY, I got a voice message from Customer Service asking about my experience. When I called Customer Service back to let them know, the woman told me that that was a one time- follow-up and that there was no one I could talk to , but I could write a review. A salesman with no knowledge whatsoever about the car he was "selling." A finance guy who didn't even call to say he would be late. An electric vehicle with NO ELECTRONS!!!!~! And a customer service department that didn't care. More

Was not too happy about my visit. This was a routine service visit (few extra things were done), and i was waiting for almost 3hrs! (I had made a reservation /appointment for sx), Furthermore, for my service visit (few extra things were done), and i was waiting for almost 3hrs!
