From the moment you walk in, this dealership is first class in the way they treat their customers and do business. I just came back for my second vehicle at Prime (even though I shopped around) and again saw why this dealership and it's employees are so special. Car buying is NOT complicated, and Prime ensures that. Days, weeks and even months after my purchase, my sales rep still personally calls me to ask if there is anything he can do and to ensure that I am happy with my purchase. Who else does this? Excellent service! I have been to different Toyota dealers, this is the best by far, wonderful service, introducing their shuttle services to allow you to shop. Only disappointing fact was the gentleman didn’t put any effort into vacuuming. (Unless it wasn’t included as part of car wash) look forward to return the service overall besides that mishap was great! More

And for each question you have, you have to wait 30 minutes for someone else to give you the answer. I was there for 6 hours! More
