It should be zero star i can’t find a reason to give one star.i made the most stupid decision in my entire life buying a car from parkwood auto mall. Every things went wrong.starting by spending 5000& the first 2 weeks to fix the car plus the car have a fulty dashboard worth 4000$ witch they promised to fix they never did .it’s almost 2 months i never received my registration or plate number i called the bank and they told me they can’t get in touch with the dealer.even the bank couldn’t reach them what about regular people.i told the bank if my tag expired and i can drive the car im going to drop the the car of in the meddle of the highway. IM preparing to take a legal action specifically after i found out the car has a change engine they never told me and charged me 25k for used car . .do your self a favor don’t be stupid like me .but im knocking every door even the attorney general.New Jersey senate.and tv stations because im not the only victim Yes victim 25k is not little money i well not stop until i fell its ok now i can sleep More
My experience with Parkwood Auto Mall has been very disappointing, purchased the vehicle in July 2023 in September vehicle was flooded and was total loss by insurance, insurance paid their part but wh disappointing, purchased the vehicle in July 2023 in September vehicle was flooded and was total loss by insurance, insurance paid their part but when contacted Gap insurance Gap didn't have any information about me or the vehicle contacted the dealer to find out what was going on they couldn't give me an answer of what was happening so dealing and dealing with the dealer was supposedly going to take care of the issue November 20th i call back the dealer Uzo tells me oh you all good to go with your Gap insurance mind you this is since September well today is January 25th Gap has not paid yet due to so many claims they have they are very backed up, the lending bank calls me on the 23rd saying if this doesn't get solved within the next 10 days my other vehicle could get REPO even though my loan is up to date, I contacted Uzo again to see if there is anything he can do since it was their mistake they never registered me with the Gap insurance takes 2 days to respond back and say no there is nothing we can do you should contact Teachers and ask for payment assistance and explain the situation. My main point here is be careful I don't knowing what are they doing when you purchase a vehicle there I guess they are SCAMMING making you believe you are register with what ever you purchase, this issue should've been solved a long time ago but since they never registered the vehicle with the gap insurance look at where I'm at. More

Just an extension letter for police interactions. This is beyond frustrating and showcases a complete lack of accountability and respect for the customer's legal needs. Issue 2: Unacceptable Handling of Trade-In Loan Payment I traded in my Ram 1500, expecting Parkwood Auto Mall to handle the payoff efficiently. Two months have passed, and they have yet to settle the loan. This inaction has left me financially compromised, dealing with two loans simultaneously – a situation that is both unfair and stressful. Customer Service with Accounting Department Experience: A Total Letdown My attempts to address these issues have been met with a wall of indifference. Calls are either endlessly on hold or unreturned. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority once the sale is concluded. The lack of follow-up and proactive communication is deeply troubling. The level of service and professionalism at Parkwood Auto Mall is alarmingly subpar. I urge potential buyers to think twice before engaging with this dealership. The stress and frustration I have experienced are not worth any deal they offer. More

We put 32,000 down and drove home, now the problems start, mind you as the paperwork states ALL vehicles are inspected and serviced, xxxxxxxx!!!! Lights start turning on in the vehicle that say it needs immediate service, we go to Porsche of Greenwich and they say the truck hasn’t been serviced in two years, I call Kevin the manager and he states that the dealer is a liar hahahahah ok… so I take the vehicle to Porsche of Larchmont and I don’t say anything and I allow them to service the vehicle, 1800 later the vehicle is serviced except it needs a new battery that cost 2000, again I call Kevin and he states the dealers are liars, People we are taking about Porsche really, so Kevin says I will get you a battery but you have to give me 900, at this point we are stuck, my wife goes to get the battery installed, they didn’t know why she was there when I have text messages showing they knew, she had to wait 3 hours for the new battery to be charged so they can install it, Now listen to this, the mechanic who supposedly serviced the vehicle had to talk to me and ask me where is the battery located!!!!! So that tells you they are full of xxxx, I wish I would have read the reviews of other customers that were screwed by theses people, the good thing is we have the means and an affidavit from Porsche stating that they never serviced the vehicle… stay away this place has already cost us 2700 which we will get back in court.. This dealership has by far, been the absolute worst experience I have had with a dealership. I stumbled upon this dealership, due to being under pressure to purchase a new car, after losing my Lexus IS experience I have had with a dealership. I stumbled upon this dealership, due to being under pressure to purchase a new car, after losing my Lexus IS 350 when someone ran a red light and totaled it. So I was in need to buy a car right away. The car that I bought on July 10, 2023 was and is a very attractive car. But there were minor issues with it, that I was told by the salesperson who assisted me (Angel Santana), would be taken care of by the dealership. Which is why I felt comfortable with moving forward with the purchase of the car. Well, it has now been over two months that I have had the car, yet, and the car still remains with these issues. Only one issue has been addressed, but even that, still needs some work done to it. Meanwhile, my phone calls have not been answered. And the voicemails, not returned. It is an annoying and extremely terrible time when human nature is geared more towards being dishonest, deceptive, and deceitful, than it is to be honorable, genuine, and trustworthy. I eventually Googled this dealership to learn about it, but this point, it was too late! More

This dealer hid a crack in the windshield with a for sale sticker. Lied saying they knew nothing about it. Go to get the crack fixed(whatever) and safelite said it had recently been fixed (poorly non the les sticker. Lied saying they knew nothing about it. Entire console needs to be replaced...dealer will now not talk answer calls/emails. Garbage business I reported to FCC. More
