Kent Parsons Ford 1440 Shepherdstown rd Martinsburg WV 25404 I recently bought a newer Ford F-150 from Kent Parsons Ford. They lied and said the truck had a new inspection sticker on it, it was actually 25404 I recently bought a newer Ford F-150 from Kent Parsons Ford. They lied and said the truck had a new inspection sticker on it, it was actually expired. (Illegal to sell a vehicle with expired inspection, the truck would not pass inspection so they had a shop slap an inspection on this illegal truck) Then they lied about major engine work that was done to it. (This could have caused the engine to blow up and it could have been catastrophic for my family) I only found out they lied about this because the service manager told me they lied about it. I brought the truck back for the repairs to be done and they left out several bolts to the engine and damaged the turbos. And during the three times within a month of them working on this truck they changed the antifreeze to two different kinds causing even more problems with the truck. Once I picked the truck up it ran horrible and had a loud knocking noise. Only for them to say it was normal. After many trips back and forth to the dealership they finally agreed to take the truck back ONLY if I bought another vehicle from them even though I explained I did not want another vehicle only to give the truck back and be done with them. Only way they would work with me I had to get another vehicle. They put me in a Ford explorer that we had an agreement on, Ryan would pay the truck off and I would take the explorer for the same price. $39,900. They charged me $44,000 for the explorer and rolled money over from the truck wich is not what was agreed upon. Then the explorer needed work day one. So Ryan agreed to fix the explorer, I took it in and picked it up a few days later, when I arrived they had completely ruined the parts that was supposed to be fixed, damaged the front driver side fender, ruined the trim on the windows. I spoke with the service tech that worked on the vehicle and he explained to me and Ryan that he told them he did not know how to do it and did not want to. I told them to keep the explorer and I wanted to be done with them completely. Ryan laughed at me and told me good luck with a lawyer. Kent Parsons Ford has been completely negligent and has committed fraud. I can’t even take my Ford vehicle to them to be worked on and I purchased an extended warranty that can’t be used because they can’t be trusted. I have given them many opportunities to work this out. I have offered to pay the tax and they take the vehicle back. I have offered to give the Ford back and they put me any make but Ford so I can go to a dealership and have my vehicle maintained. They have put me through complete xxxx because of there negligence and yet they want to laugh and say good luck with a lawyer. I am asking they take the Ford Explorer back due to all they have done and caused. I will send pictures of everything negligent on there part. More
I have purchased 2 vehicles from Kent Parsons in the last 9 months. And 1 in 2007, when the Econo;ines were still available. I am very pleased with the Sales team, Finance team and the Service team. I bought a new 2021 Explorer, had some mice issues getting into the glovebox, Ford didn't allow KP to fix, but did allow them to clean all the duct work. I put a cage over the cabin filter inlet which is in the engine bay. Worked great. Service dept is top notch. I purchased a used 2017 F150 XLT. Got it home and realized the 2.7 Ecoboost had an oil leak. Called and made the appointment, all taken care of with no issues so far. Both times received a loaner car or truck upon request. Jack Shamblin sold me my Explorer, top notch guy. Gary Huffer sold me my F150, another top notch guy. Neither salesman pressured me into anything. Mark the Sales manager, another top notch guy. They all took the time to answer all my questions and get everything set up. Adaira in Service, was very helpful with arranging my loaner cars, top notch for customer service. Dusty, in Service dept, called when she said she would and service was complete ahead of when they said it would be, top notch. Gary, Service Manager was very open to talk in both of my service experiences and made what I thought would be a nightmare, VERY manageable and painless. Everyone I have dealt with at Kent Parsons is very professional and I appreciate the..."Top Notch" service I was given. I will be talking to Kent Parson about a new Transit for my work needs in the near future. More

Poor customer service / Poor service department The purchase process was great. However, trying to get service for my vehicle has been a nightmare. I received a recall notice for my car and I called to schedule an appointment. The first person took my information but no one ever called me back. A day later, I tried to chat, the person in chat took my information and no one called me back. Several days later, I called again and spoke to a man who said he would look into it. He sat the phone down, didn't put it on mute, and had a conversation with other employees that had nothing to do with my recall or seeing if they had my information. Eventually, he came back on the line saying that no one knew anything. He then told me they had the part I needed for my car and we scheduled an appointment. I asked how long it would take and he said a few hours. I arrived for my appointment and everything went fine at first. But, 40 minutes later he said my car was ready, that it does need the part and they would order it. I left the service center without question, but I was confused so I called back later. I told the service person that I believe he was the one I scheduled my appointment with and he told me that they had the part for the recall, so I was confused why I had to bring the car back. He gave me three different stories before I told him to cancel the part order I wasn't bringing my car back. He then hung up on me. I called back again and could not get through, I then called the parts number and they transferred me to a random mailbox. I called the sales office and asked for a manager, and I was transferred to another mailbox. I called back to the service department again and asked to speak to the manager. The manager said that he wasn't aware of the situation, and when I told him that his service person hung up on me, he said that again, he wasn't aware of the situation. I asked to speak to his manager and he told me that I could call the owner of the dealership but he wasn't sure when he was in or if he'd check his voicemail. I called the sales office again to try and get a manager. The salesperson was nice and took my information and told me the general manager would call me back. I have not received any call. I emailed my sales rep and requested that my information be removed because I wouldn't be doing business with the dealership and asked how I could make sure that I no longer receive offers etc... he has not contacted me back at all. All it would have taken to keep my business was an acknowledgement that they made a mistake with my service appointments and in the service dept. Instead, they have completely ignored me altogether. I would not recommend this dealership. More

Literally everything under the hood has been replaced, including the engine, and now it has been in the shop 3 times for the transmission. Of course, they drive it and say there is nothing wrong, we get it back and guess what, it breaks down. I have been told my FRED PARSONS AND GARY O'NEAL that things would be taken care of, they were talking with the corporate office, they say they want to make things right and they haven't done anything. They have gotten to the point where they wont even return phone calls. Messages have been left for FRED AND HEATHER (corp. office) and no response!!!! I recommend that you dont do business with them......you will be sorry if you do!!!! More

THE LEFT TURN SINGLE AND THE FUSE BOX BENEATH REPAIR WORK WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY DONE ASAP. SERVICE PEOPLE WERE GREAT, SPSPECIFICALY HOWIE AND KIM. Gave me his bottom line on pricing no haggling. had the truck there that day, came in the day after to pick up, everything was ready to go in & out within an hour. very happy with the experience.
