We immediately drove to Pat Armstrong Ford for service. We arrived at 11:15 AM. The Service Manager immediately assigned one of the service techs to our truck. He drove the truck to diagnose the problem and determined a valve was faulty. The valve was replaced and we were out the door by 12:16, One hour to diagnose and fix, WOW! We can’t thank you enough.
