Part Lobb Toyota was great to work with after damage to my car requires repairs. They were quick to provide me with information on repairs needed & costs; they took the time to confirm if there was coverag my car requires repairs. I still have scratches on my car that I was promised would be fixed. Technician left air filter cap in my glove box. My dealer rep Joshua walked me thru fixing it but then I cldnt put all the parts back would be fixed. Technician left air filter cap in my glove box. My dealer rep Joshua walked me thru fixing it but then I cldnt put all the parts back to keep my glove box to stay closed. Very frustrating with these constant issues. More
