I had the wheels balanced and rotated. Since 2008, this dealership has always included an inspection report that included a measurement of remaining brake pad thickness. How am I supposed to manage my brake repairs if I don't know that critical data? Wait until the wear indicators start to squeal? By then, the brakes are likely already glazed over and unsafe! Where is my brake pad thickness report? The other thought is that they emailed a .PDF file of the repairs. That is a serious breach of personal data. Don't you and your staff know the internet is not secure? Even 256-bit encryption only offers the illusion of security. You sent the receipt as an open document without any form of security. More

I had a blown out tire on my tundra with the special TSS package wheels on it. The wheel got messed up when the tire blew out. Joel at Patt Lobb’s Toyota was able to get me a new wheel and tire in record ti package wheels on it. The wheel got messed up when the tire blew out.
