Great Service! I had a 9 a.m. appointment to have scheduled maintenance on my Escape. I arrived before 9 o'clock and was taken immediately. Scott was very helpful and pleasant. All the work was complete and my car was washed and ready to go at 9:45. You can't ask for better service than that. I lease my cars from Pat Milliken because of my salesman Frank Ranko. He knows the type of vehicle I need, the kind I'd like and what I can afford. He's a top notch salesman. More

Patrick then Identified .the CMax Hybred which proved to be perfect in lease price and in low operating cost. Poor Service I made appointment to have my car serviced for 9 o'clock in the morning for an oil change and tire rotation. when i got there i was told it would be a I made appointment to have my car serviced for 9 o'clock in the morning for an oil change and tire rotation. when i got there i was told it would be at less 4 hours before they could get to my car. I didn't get my car back till 4 o'clock in the afternoon for a simple oil change and tire rotation.. I was told that it doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not. More
