Patient and very prompt Rick Dawkins made this a very smooth process. He was very patient when my partner and I were going back and forth on the vehicle. A couple of times Rick Dawkins made this a very smooth process. He was very patient when my partner and I were going back and forth on the vehicle. A couple of times it looked like we might not get it, he didn't pressure us with the old "If you don't buy today, it may not be here tomorrow". I even took back a deposit. Even with all that he still responded promptly to texts and calls, and with out a deposit he still secured the vehicle for us when there was interest from other parties. Would highly recommend and use for future Ford purchases. More
