Wonderful experience and great staff we purchased a 2016 Chevy Traverse as a web sales/inquiry. Adam Neil was our salesman but all staff that was there on 1/26/19 made our purchase and we purchased a 2016 Chevy Traverse as a web sales/inquiry. Good service Took my vehicle in for a routine oil change. Staff was very friendly. Check-in was prompt. Service was completed quickly and efficiently. Prices s Took my vehicle in for a routine oil change. Staff was very friendly. Check-in was prompt. Service was completed quickly and efficiently. Prices seem a little high for a GM dealer. Total bill was $80 for an oil change (no tire rotation).. The base price of the service was $46.99. Then there was $20 in labor added on. There were three line items on the invoice that, although small, seemed excessive. I was charged $1 for washer fluid despite the fact I personally topped it off 20 minutes prior to my arrival at the dealer. I was charged $1.85 for service record retention. Working in IT I fully understand that data storage costs money, but to itemize it on an invoice is very unusual. I was also charged $3.85 for brake cleaner. Not sure why that was on an invoice for an oil change. All said and done, service was quick and friendly. Just be aware that their rates may be higher than other GM dealers and there may be some extra small charges on the bill. I would use them again and just know that I will be paying more than other dealers. More
