Upon arrival, they had just sold the car they knew we were driving all the way down for. As a token of their sorrow they offered us a different vehicle and made sure we knew that they weren’t making any profit on the sale. This car was not at all what we wanted but we settled for it because of a good warranty. After getting home we realized there were no floor mats. My wife has been on the phone with John and Sarah at least five times in the past two months now, each time they promise to ship us floor mats. These sleezeball salespeople sold us a crap car with a warranty and no floor mats, then lie to my wife and tell her they’re “overnighting” them to us that day. John landosca was rude about everything but Sarah was our best friend while sealing the deal. Now that the deal is done I guess they dont want to know us. Typical sales folk.I’m buying my own floor mats. I want nothing from those people. More

Not you normal test drive but over some bad road to get a feel for the ride and into a lot to make a tight turn along with backing to demo the rear view camera. I was happy so when I took my wife to see the car Tony went through everything with her. A walk into the service area to meet the staff and back to the sales manager to make a deal.
