Too long a time to spend too much money We requested our 1st oil change for our new Buick. The night before our appointment we got a flat tire from picking up a nail. My husband was told the tire needed to be replaced. the oil change was over $60. And the balance Which was over $250 was for a tire. AND he waited half a day at the garage to get the scheduled work done. No way will I be calling this dealership for another appointment. More

Bad experience. Don’t go here! I was told they’d have my car for a day or so. Then I was told about three days. Then it was five, it ended up being a week... Heather seemed lik I was told they’d have my car for a day or so. Then I was told about three days. Then it was five, it ended up being a week... Heather seemed like she was not wanting to tell me something and i felt very uncomfortable from the beginning with her. I originally took my car in just for an oil change. When I went to pick it up I was told I had several leaks and a leak with the power steering line. Of course I want it fixed! After they had it for a week, when I went to pick it up, I was not given paperwork at the time. Heather said that she would mail it to me. When I finally did receive it in the mail, there were untrue statements on the paperwork. I specifically told them that there was not oil in my driveway when they asked me that question. I had not noticed any leaking. On the paperwork it states that I mentioned there was an oil spot in my driveway and I noticed the power steering was leaking. I did not notice either one was leaking. I will not be back to Patriot in Boyertown. I’ll go to The dealership where i bought my Enclave. More

Oil Change & Alignment I used my last free oil change from when I bought my truck. I also needed an alignment because the roads of PA are so well maintained.
