100 dollar oil change So for a few weeks I've been getting calls from Patriot GMC stating I have a service credit of 26 dollars on my account from past services. I asked if I could use that towards an oil change and was told yes. So I dropped the truck off thinking all day after the credit the oil change would be maybe 35 bucks. I get the call my truck is ready to be picked up. Its Friday, I'm in a good mood and SLAM!!!! I am handed a bill for an oil change for no lie 101 dollars. That's right 101 American dollars not Canadian. For an OIL CHANGE. So I'm like OK they got me, shame on me for being so trusting. I should have known 26 dollar service credit was bait and I got the hook. So I asked if that was after the service credit being applied and was told no. So I gave a simi-sweet breath of relief. Please apply my 26 dollar service credit to my bill I asked kindly. Sorry sir but only use 10% of your total total service credit towards an oil change. They got me again. So final total bill for an oil change after my service credit was 99 American dollars. The story is 100% true but worth every penny because I'll be telling this story for years to come. I plan on laminating my bill so when people say it cant be true I can pull out the bill. Thanks Patriot GMC Sincerely More

Terrible Customer Service Customer service is horrible at the Boyertown location. The only reason I use that location and not the limerick is because I can walk home while my c Customer service is horrible at the Boyertown location. The only reason I use that location and not the limerick is because I can walk home while my car is being worked on but now I may just go to the limerick one now either way. The people are rude and make snide comments. We had rewards money to use and my husband called to make my appt and was told we could use the rewards money towards the service but when I picked up my car I was told no. Then heather finally said rudely just give her 10% off. I was just wondering why my husband was told one thing and I was told another. This is not the only time we are told conflicting things at this location. More

Stopped in to look at a Sierra 1500 Denali and Jess showed me a unique Calloway Sierra that is amazing. Worked with Jess Guy and John Landosca to make a great deal with a double trade in that was very fair and gave me an incredible deal on my new truck. I have been to many dealers in my life and Patriot is by far the most comfortable and no pressure dealer I have dealt with. They even called the Calloway representative to explain the package that makes this truck so special. Chad who is one of the owners was very nice and the entire staff made me and my family feel very comfortable. Jess stayed long after her shift to work with me and this was the day before Thanksgiving, very dedicated! My daughter was very happy because she got a new set of wheels as well (cool bike).
