it took 2hrs 10 minutes for an oil change. When I asked what took so long he just said the shop was slammed. Went in for an oil change and inspection. They found a mouse nest during service and wanted to charge me a hour of time $180 to remove it. They tried calling me but did not leave a message wh They found a mouse nest during service and wanted to charge me a hour of time $180 to remove it. They tried calling me but did not leave a message when they found it. I called back within a half hour, no answer, left a voice mail and never got a call back. Settled paying $90 for a nest in an area a shop vac could have cleaned up in 2 minutes. I was told they were very busy and never saw my voice message. 2nd vehicle left the same day for an oil change had to call them 4 hours later to find out it still was not ready. Time to find a new service center with time for you. More

I went in and asked them if they serviced Chevrolet and they said, yes, we service all brands. Then I found out they do Chevy recalls. They did my airbag recall and replaced my window switch.
