Patriot Buick GMC responded

I can only assume this is just another bullying tactic you're trying to deploy after multiple days of badgering my saleswoman. We did in fact show you multiple presentations in which tires were included in the deal at no charge to you. Furthermore, the tire brand was spelled out and disclosed on every presentation, as well as the final sales number sheet, which you signed. You also had the opportunity (at delivery) to NOT accept the NEW tires you signed off on as they were on the vehicle before you physically drove it home. That being said, we will not submit to the multiple threats you have levied at my saleswoman and the dealership in order for you to get more than what you originally asked for and were given. I offered you a way out of the deal if you were not satisfied with the BRAND NEW tires provided to you at no cost. You declined to return the vehicle and instead continued to badger management and your saleswoman. We went above and beyond for you, in fact, you only asked for 2 tires, but we gave you 4 new tires. We catered to your every demand PRIOR TO YOU TAKING DELIVERY. I take my reviews and clients' satisfaction seriously, however, baseless lies and bullying is not something I can control or remedy. Best of luck to you and have a HAPPY NEW YEAR. .
