Surprising I took my car in for an oil change and inspection. It took about 3/4 of an hour longer than I normally have to wait. Which can happen, but they didn't I took my car in for an oil change and inspection. It took about 3/4 of an hour longer than I normally have to wait. Which can happen, but they didn't seem to be overly busy when I made my appointment and It wasn't mentioned. What got my attention more was the charge of almost $2.00 to keep my service record in their files. Petty things like this give me a bad taste in my mouth. More
