When I started talking to Ryan he was nice and professional. I had to call my fiance to ask him if he wanted me to get the work done and Ryan talked to him on the phone and my fiance said no that professional. I had a scheduled oil change and two hours later i am told i need tires which were not in stock and i was late for my appointment . Each time its seems to be an issue finding the information. @ $145 an hour for diagnosis its a bit much considering the tech probably only sees 20% of that . More
