Scheduled a last minute inspection on New Years Eve and was met with exceptional service. First I met with Dylan from the sales area and he helped me print some documents I needed and then BJ in the servic was met with exceptional service. First I met with Dylan from the sales area and he helped me print some documents I needed and then BJ in the service department expertly checked me in and pointed out the lounge area. I had a coffee and relaxed in the comfortable chairs while the inspection was completed. 10/10 service all around from scheduling to leaving with the new stickers. Thanks to Dylan, BJ, and the barista (missed her name) they all deserve recognition and a raise. More

I am happy with the service received. However there were questions I had that they were unable to answer and were supposed yo get back to me (warranty on my current tires). It's been several weeks and I still have not hear back. One of the services I scheduled was for a recall. I got a phone call the next day to schedule an appointment for the recall. They weren't able to tell me if the recall work was done the day before. I still don't have an answer. More
Worst service experience of my life, first time I ever complained about a service experience. I understand the problems associated in a post Covid world. I would give 2 to 3 days between contact to allow them time to complete my service and they would only contact me after I contacted them. If they were going to keep my truck half a month, I wish they would have told me it could take that long and I would have taken them up on their offer of a loaner vehicle. But I didn’t because they had me believe it would take 2-3 days to fix my truck. Much frustration waiting. More
