The service department is a absolute joke. Took truck to get oil changed and paid $269.00 when i got home had low oil pressure. Then he changed it in my shop where he poured nasty black oil all over my shop floor that my son ended up cleaning it. So how many miles would i have had if low oil pressure would not have came on? How many others have had this? I paid for BG in my truck and not sure if it even has it. Mechanic said he mixed it in before he came out but who knows. I have owned several vehicles in my life. I bought a truck from Pryor store and it’s the worst purchase I have ever bought. I have took truck several times and still not right. It broke down I bought a truck from Pryor store and it’s the worst purchase I have ever bought. I have took truck several times and still not right. It broke down the next day after purchase after being said it was checked out bumper to bumper. I wish I could make this nightmare go away. Sales stunk up the deal and give you a run around. I never got to talk to a manger that’s what upset me the most. The young lady in service that checks your vehicle in is the only one that made me feel welcome. I will not ever purchase anything from the Pryor store again . Would love to talk with owner or manger. Thanks for selling me a lemon. More
