And iv heard way worse stories of stuff happening to other people!! More

What turned out to be a positive thing went completely south right after I signed all the paperwork and getting approved. I purchased a vehicle they just received in apparently 🤦♂️ I'm was not cleaned o south right after I signed all the paperwork and getting approved. I purchased a vehicle they just received in apparently 🤦♂️ I'm was not cleaned or detailed. As soon as I get home the vehicle won't start after turning it on. Turns out they gave me the wrong remote key. I was without the vehicle for 2 weeks due to issues with the vehicle and the lack of commitment by the people at Patriot. I finally got the vehicle back into my possession for a week and sure as xxxx the vehicle won't start, stalls and dies out while driving, no ownership or help from the dealership. Now I am without the vehicle for another two weeks. I do as the finance company suggested I do. Numerous calls later I speak to a service technician named JJ who was able to get my vehicle towed for me at his expense and do the work on it. Another week goes by and I find out JJ was fired. Nothing was done to my vehicle. I'm beyond furious. I had a service tech reach out to me by the name of Joe. He actually kept me in the loop of things and was able to fix my vehicle after taking over the next day. I am thankful for him so kudos to Joe. The rest of the Patriot team, I am not impressed. The (owner) manager whoever the xxxx runs that place wouldn't take my calls nor call me back. Such a coward and a shady business man 👎 More

My service got caught up in the service dept. firing. Hope it gets better. Very disappointed overall. No loaner cars; a great deal of confusion in the service department; extremely long wait to firing. Hope it gets better. Very disappointed overall. Then I had to keep calling and calling (rather than your employees contacting me) as to the status of my Jeep. I would have to really think about it to go there again. More
