My experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. We drove an hour and a half after being told they could get my daughter into a vehicle, only to be told five minutes b disappointing and frustrating. We drove an hour and a half after being told they could get my daughter into a vehicle, only to be told five minutes before arriving that they couldn’t. We later purchased a vehicle with a cracked windshield and were told to return at 8:30 am for a replacement, only to discover the windshield company had no idea about the appointment. That resulted in two wasted trips, missed work, unnecessary gas expenses, and the need for yet another trip. I’m still irritated by how this situation was handled and by the lack of communication and organization. However, Shane has since reached out and is working to make things right. I appreciate him taking responsibility and addressing the situation, but the overall experience has still been very frustrating. More
