PRIVATE response... Hi Dree, Based on the time you submitted the complaint to the BBB on 8-27 and the email you sent our Finance Director on 8-28, we thought you were good. You financed the vehicle for $14k and purchased an additional comprehensive warranty for $3,505. Nick (the Finance Director) offered to cancel your warranty, but in an email on 8-28 you said not to worry about it. The other warranty you mentioned for $2k was included in the price of the vehicle ($14k). This warranty can't be reimbursed as the product has already been put in the vehicle. To maintain this warranty that covers the engine, fuel system, transmission, power steering & brake fluid for life, you just need to have any future service done at any BG approved dealer.

Thank you for the response! Everyone I speak or correspond with at this dealership will not take the time to really look over my paperwork. I was very upset with the slip of paperwork! The first paper I agreed to shows me financing $14k, which INCLUDED the Fenton for Life warranty!!!!! I spent and extra hour in the finance office voicing my disagreement with any other warranty!!!! If you look at the first page I signed it shows that..... car was $17,795 and your Fenton for Life warranty was 1995$( which you came down a bit so I would only finance 14k$), your doc fee was 499$, and the extra warranty was 1195$(which I felt I was tricked into as I totally disagreed with adding this) so if you add every thing together the total is now 21,484$. Then subtract my $5900 trade in. I should have only financed at the highest 15,584$!!!!!! I was charged twice for the Fenton for life warranty!!! I had no idea until I received my first payment and I saw the payoff!!!! And I have been arguing this ever since! So once again- crv price 17,795 plus FFL warranty $1995 plus extra warranty 1195$ plus doc fee 499$ minus my trade in 5900$ total that would have been financed if I agreed to all warranties was $15, 584$! My total financed was $17,505! I’m just waiting for someone to take the time to really look at this and do the right thing. Thank you Ps- the only reason I told Nick to cancel my $1195 warranty cancellation was bc if I was being charged twice for the FFL warranty and no one was going to do the right thing, I Didn’t want to cancel the one warranty the covered the most since I literally spent 5200$ in extended warranties! Please reread emails, you will see this!
