Visited this Dealership December 28th with my wife. Salesman Garrett helped us as we had missed the vehicle we seen online that sold the day before. He stated they may have something in the price range Salesman Garrett helped us as we had missed the vehicle we seen online that sold the day before. He stated they may have something in the price range we wanted and asked if he could do a soft credit inquiry. My wife and I were very direct in determining that only a soft credit inquiry will be pulled and Garrett assured us both that a SOFT inquiry is all that is needed. We looked at the vehicles and decided we would keep looking online and let Garrett know if there is something we are interested in. 1 week later my wife looks at her credit report and a hard credit inquiry was pulled for us both. We asked for this to be removed and to date this has not been removed nor has the manager returned any of my wife's calls. If this is how business is done at Patriot Honda of Ardmore where honesty and integrity are a thing of the past then you may want to consider buying a vehicle elsewhere and from an honest and reputable dealership.
