I test drive a car and liked it but didn’t commit to buying it. Was contacted by Johnny Baker once I got home and made an appointment with him for Monday at 11. When I met Johnny at 11, he had me sign a couple of papers and said he’d be right back. While he was gone, I heard an announcement over the intercom that all salesman were to come to a meeting. So I sat there for over 30 minutes without anyone saying anything to me. When Johnny came back he did apologize but it was wasted time for me. I could have run some errands instead of sitting. I signed a lot more papers and Johnny went to turn them in and said it would be a few minutes. Once again I waited over 30 minutes before seeing anyone. All in all I was there over 2 1/2 hours. I signed papers on a tablet where I didn’t really see exactly what I was signing. When I got home and looked at my paperwork, it showed the price of the vehicle at $30,100 when the price I saw online was $24,398. There were fees added to that, that made the price as high as a brand new car. They are sending me a check but it still doesn’t come close to what I paid. I hope the service is better. More
