Bad experience overall, communication sucks. It's been 3 weeks since I bought a truck online with them and they delivered it and I signed all the paperwork and it takes over 3 weeks to get my co It's been 3 weeks since I bought a truck online with them and they delivered it and I signed all the paperwork and it takes over 3 weeks to get my copies? They send me a truck that has damage on the front right fender area, scratches and touch up paint in a dozen places, tailgate only opens if you push on it while opening it when it's one of those open on its own with the button. All this info was NOT mentioned to me during the purchase. If so I would have bargained and offered a lower price since stuff need to be fixed. Now I see the truck bed middle light is out. The 2 side mirror car warning ⚠️ don't work and I get a message on the screen about it. But was this told to me? NOPE! They don't explain how registration works if you live in Texas and they are in Oklahoma. They only recently told me the tag agency near me has my paperwork. Ok...what am I supposed to do about that? Call them and find out since you don't know? Also, i have asked 3 times about my spare key they were going to get a copy and they keep blowing me off and not telling me. Never will I buy from this place again. More
