I had the absolute best experience I had an awesome experience at this dealership. From the time I walked in to my sales person Chris Gaudreau. I was very nervous when I arrived. He put me at ease and assured me he and the whole team would do everything in their power to get me in the car I wanted with all the options I wanted, right down to the color. I can't say enough about the staff right down to Chad the young man that showed me the complete ins out and upside downs of all the changes in the 2015 Forrester, as I already owned a 2010 Forrester. I am absolutely impressed that I was able to get the Forrester I wanted in every way possible with the payment I wanted. I was treated with the utmost respect (which means a lot as a woman shopping for a car alone),and to get every warranty possible including the limited lifetime one with no extra charges. In the last minute my wife decided it wasn't quite she would like and he brought in a20 16 which we the car that she would like him again he took was on another trip and explain the car to us when we got back we felt that he explained it to us so good that we were going to buy it. Fantastic customer service I was very impressed from the moment I walked in for my scheduled test drive, the way I was greeted and the friendliness of everyone there. I was seated in the comfy customer lounge and offered free coffee/tea. Maceo Johnson was my sales man. He was awesome. Please ask for him to help you if you go in for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained every detail about my new Crosstrek to me (and there were many)! There was no pressure from anyone. I never thought I would say this, but, leasing this vehicle was actually a pleasant experience for me. I would highly recommend this dealership and Maceo Johnson for your sales person. More
