Great Car Purchasing Experience!!! My experience started over a little more than 2 months ago as I began looking into the Subaru Outback after surviving a record breaking winter season. My experience started over a little more than 2 months ago as I began looking into the Subaru Outback after surviving a record breaking winter season. I actually test drove the Outback at another dealership just to get a feel for the drive as I knew I could not deal with another harsh winter. I then went through USAA and their car dealer services to see what was available out on the market. I received a call from Patriot Subaru and began working with them. Tonya built me a car from the ground up and made me aware that it could take anywhere from 8-12 weeks for the car to arrive. About 8 weeks later I get an email from Sharon Jorde letting me know that my car was arriving in port and then would be at the dealership several days later. My wife and I picked up the car yesterday and only met Sharon for the 1st time at that point. She made the process as easy and seamless as possible. She was personable and fun to work with. She answered all questions and brought us on a tour of the facility at which point my wife had to bring me to work. My wife went back to pick up the car and finalize everything and I am told she left with a grin from ear to ear. Thank you Patriot Subaru!!!!!!!!! More

I was introduced to Ed McBride and within a few minutes was driving a 2015 Subaru Outback Ltd. I knew I loved the vehicle and wanted to try and lease it. Along came James Mcewen and made it all possible for me with a decent amt for my trade and he got me as close as I wanted to be monthly.. In all my car buying and leasing experience it was the first time I got to ring a bell. Thank u Ed McBrjde and James McEwen I will definitely buy here again and spread the word to my friends. Maceo makes sure to follow-up as you get the know the car and is there when that odd feature gets you baffled. Purchasing an Outback during what turned out to be one of the worst winters in local history did not lend itself to immediate car availability for the options my family desired. However, Don provided complete transparency during the ordering and shipping process as well as ensuring accurate allocation and tracking of our vehicle. He also lives up to his 24/7 availability and even when delayed, had a staff member call me to notify about new time and confirm contact at that time. More
